Fonts issues and downloads

To read some of the archived html punjabi articles, you will need to install  the "Punjabi" font by Hardip Singh Pannu for Gurmukhi. Click on Punjabi fonts ,  (or click here to download the Punjabi font now) for a free copy. Once downloaded, save the extracted font files into c:\windows\fonts.

Problems with Internet Explorer - IE puts arbitrary extra spaces in the middle of some words with Punjabi fonts.  If anyone knows of a solution to this please e-mail Eh Din. The files are readable if the text is copied and pasted into Word or printed. There are no such problems with the Firefox browser. This is available for free from Firefox
